It can be a stressful time for both candidates & clients alike, but I do this everyday, so I enjoy helping. I have become pretty adept at mitigating risk & matching up the right team fit.

I love how people become more enthusiastic as they get closer to the end goal & of course when I get to deliver the good news of an offer & acceptance. It effects the whole family when a relocation is involved and that is a pretty exciting part of their lives which I love helping out with.
